American Herbal Products Association (AHPA), Silver Springs, MD, president Michael McGuffin has received the Nutrition Business Journal (NBJ) 2011 “Efforts on Behalf of the Industry” Award. This is the second time Mr. McGuffin has been honored by NBJ, having received the award previously in 2004. The NBJ Business Achievement Awards provides annual recognition of the industry’s key players as they broaden the impact and reputation of nutrition as a true source of health and wellness, according to Marc Brush, NBJ editor-in-chief.
